Encourage a Western Brain Drain

You know, I'm gonna go ahead and say it. With what's happening in Europe and what's happening in the West generally in The United States with inflation, energy crisis, and so on and so on, Muslim countries need to seriously reconsider their immigration policies. Their immigration policies, their visa policies. Let's start to impose a brain drain on the West and release from the West some of the skills, the knowledge, the training, the expertise that they have for people who can't find jobs there, who can't survive there financially, who can't live there, who can't find jobs, who can't pursue their professions, let them come to our countries. That would potentially be one of the greatest acts for advancing the Dawah since the time of the khalifa.
