What's your relationship with Shaytaan?

There are certain aspects to the way you say, for example, that will make it work or not work. It's not just that you can say it and it's like a magic incantation that suddenly shaitan will leave. If you believe shaitan is an actual being and not just, you know, a a metaphorical being in your imagination for all the evil thoughts in your head. If you believe that shaitan is an actual separate creature that exists, then you have to understand that there's a relationship that it builds up between you and this creature. There's a relationship that builds up between you and this creation, and it's either an antagonistic relationship whereby he knows that you're not friends or it's a friendly relationship.

And if you've created a friendly relationship with with Shaytan, why is he gonna believe it when you say anything that you're trying to get rid of him? He he know it's not true.
