More Problems Between the EU and Germany
So coming on the back of the story about Hungary and the EU or the the European Commission, the problem's there. Now there's another problem that actually involves Ukraine. The European Union wanted to give them, I think, a €9,000,000,000 loan, and Germany wanted them to have a a $9,000,000,000 or thereabouts grant, nonrefundable grant from, the IMF. The European Union is insisting that it should be a loan. Now the problem with a loan is that Ukraine isn't gonna be able to pay the loan back, and Germany is probably going to be the one who has to guarantee the loan, meaning Germany is gonna have to pay it back, and Germany doesn't wanna do that.
Germany doesn't wanna have to bear the responsibility of that. So you see the cracks are just forming, like, one after another after another. And again, this is part of a thing of putting Germany, putting pressure on Germany, economic pressure on Germany that they cannot bear, especially at this time. They're really trying to break Germany. These countries that we thought were so solid, so strong, this union that we thought was just gonna be forever, we lose track of the fact that this union is an artificial creation based on security guarantees by The United States.
And if The United States changes its mind, these European countries go back to what they've always been, which was just at each other's throats for centuries. Now, again, more pressure is being put on Germany, and if Germany folds, if Germany caves, if Germany can't handle the pressure, Europe is going to fall to pieces. So there's another update for you.
