How can Europe be so foolish?

I've seen a lot of people asking the question, how could Europe fall for the self destructive policies that they are adopting with regards to Ukraine under American coercion or influence? How could Europe be so stupid, so self destructive? How could Germany be so self destructive? How could Germany fall for this? Well, the answer is because nations don't make the decisions.

Decision makers make the decisions, and decision makers don't care about nations.
