Only the powerful are lied to

Middle Nation · 13 Mar 2023 · 2:05 · YouTube

Whenever someone lies, the person that they are lying to is, in their eyes, more powerful and more important than they are. They're lying because they are afraid to tell that person the truth. Meaning, they're afraid of the consequences that will be imposed upon them by that person if they tell the truth. Think about that. When you think about how governments lie, how states lie to their populations.

There would be no need for propaganda. There would be no need for spin. There'd be no need for misinformation and fake news and so on. If the government wasn't afraid of the consequences that would be imposed upon them by the population if they told the truth. It means the government is telling you who they regard as more powerful than them, whether it's the the government or its corporations or the 1% or web whatever you wanna call it, the owners and controllers of global financialized capital, what have you.

We have in our minds that these people, because they're rich, because they have control in industrial sectors, in corporate sectors, in banking, in finance, in government, in the state, and so on, we think that they're more powerful than us, but they're lying to us all the time, which means that we are more powerful than them, which means that they are afraid of their populations. So they know us better than we know ourselves. They know our power better than we know it ourselves. And keeping us ignorant of the inherent intrinsic power that we have that they're afraid of, keeping us ignorant of that is the only thing that enables them to continue abusing the power that we allow them to have. So just know that when those people whom you regard as powerful are lying to you, it is implicitly them confessing to you that they know that you're more powerful than they are.
