Is it safe? Americans can have confidence that the banking system is safe. Take your time. Tell me. Is it safe?

Take note of the fact that Joe Biden did not say the American banking system is safe. That's not what he said. He said the American people can have confidence that the American banking system is safe. In other words, I'm not telling you it's safe, but if you idiots wanna believe that, I'm fine with it.
