Fight-oriented weight training
Assalamu alaikum everyone. The gym is open now. So just in case you thought that I never use weights, I do use weights, but I don't use it for isolating muscles and just building mass. I use it, using body mechanics in ways that sort of simulate the movements that you use in a fight for striking, for punching and so on. Where I recruit other muscle groups in the body to support a particular movement like what I'm doing here.
