Negotiable Sexual Access has Jeopardised Women, Not Freed Them

Generally speaking, men are interested in women for two types of potential relationships, sexual coupling and life partnership. Their standards for the former are quite low, but their standards for the latter are quite high. Primarily, women are interested in the life partnership scenario, but they have trouble identifying what type of relationship the man wants with her. And he will very often imply or promise that what he wants is the life partnership scenario when actually he wants sexual coupling. If she gets fooled by this, particularly if she's fooled repeatedly by this, her eligibility for the life partnership scenario with other men will decline significantly.

It is what it is. Before society evolved to the point where chastity was deemed antiquated, women faced considerably less confusion about the intentions of a man with regards to a relationship. Because sexual intimacy was only available, it was only obtainable in the life partnership scenario within marriage. The decline in the importance of marriage has put women at a serious disadvantage vis a vis predatory men. Traditional values were not developed over the course of millennia to oppress anyone, but to protect everyone from their own worst instincts and vulnerabilities.

You can dismantle all of this as you like as they have largely done in the West, but I doubt very much if you are equipped or prepared for the chaos that will ensue.
