Primary and secondary sex characteristics as well as your endocrine system are all variable and malleable and other things move with it. So if you spend enough time on testosterone, your hematology and your medical risk factors start to behave more like those of a man and vice versa. If you spend enough time off testosterone, you start to be more like a woman in those terms.
