Barriers to submitting to Islam

I'm not really involved in dawah, but it occurs to me that people who are involved in dawah might want to, consider that there's a large number of people, I believe, who don't actually need to be convinced about Islam. But what we need to start looking at are what are the barriers that are preventing them from accepting it. From my experience, I know that there's many people who it just doesn't make sense that they're not Muslim. And you all know people like that. There's people in your own life and there's people that are, you know, well known individuals that it just doesn't make sense that they're not Muslim.

It means that there's something preventing them. Barriers have been erected between them and their nature, and you need to help identify what those are and almost like a therapist or something. We need to address the things that are preventing them from returning to their fitra. You need to deal with the barriers and help to remove one by one each of those barriers until a person can feel free to accept Islam. Whatever it is that you are holding on to that's preventing you from coming to Islam, it's not worth it.
