Good Times make weak men?

Assalamu alaikum. You know there's that expression that's very popular, I think, in the red pill community. I see it all the time. That hard times make strong men. Strong men make good times.

Good times make weak men. I don't think that's necessarily true. Look. The most dynamic aspects of masculinity manifest in drastic situations, in emergencies, in conflicts, in war, in disasters. That's when the characteristics of masculinity and capabilities of masculinity that make men surpass women in an outstanding fashion, in an awe inspiring fashion.

That's when those qualities and characteristics become manifest in dire situations. In normal life, it would largely be inappropriate to manifest those qualities, in mundane situations. I mean, we create sports to participate in sports to sort of have an artificial substitute for actual war and conflict and and desperate situations just so that we can exercise those qualities in a healthy way and to a certain extent to just keep them at the ready. But the fact that those qualities are not expressed in normal situations doesn't mean that the qualities are absent. It just means that they're not called for.

But bear in mind that normalcy, normal life, that that the peace and tranquility and stability of normal life are conditions that are created by and maintained by men through their own stability, discipline, consistency, self control, endurance, and strength. So don't, you know, criticize men for not being rough and tumble all the time. We maintain a normal type of a life, a normal, peaceful, tranquil, stable life through our masculinity. So the masculinity is always there. It's always present.

Just that the most dynamic qualities and traits of men come out in emergency type situations. So if it's not an emergency disaster type life threatening situation, you're not going to see the most outstanding qualities of men. But really the most outstanding qualities of men are the qualities they have that maintain a life free of emergencies and disasters.
