Follow up on India brainstorming

You know, it occurs to me that the video I made about, brainstorming ideas for what Muslims could potentially do about the situation in India for their brothers and sisters in India, I was sort of focusing on what Muslims in the West could do. And I didn't talk about what Muslims in other parts of the world could do. For example, in Africa, we have a brother in the chat who's actually in Uganda and he mentioned that there's many many Indian business people there, most of whom are Hindus. And, he said, unfortunately, they're Hindus, but actually that's better. It's better that they're Hindus in this particular case because their primary customers are going to be Ugandans, Muslims and Christians.

So if you can get, Muslims and Christians and certainly Muslim organizations, Muslim students, and so on masjids, to organize and to approach Hindu owned businesses in your country, Indian owned businesses in your country, to issue a statement, to sign a petition, to do whatever, to make a public statement, condemning violence against Muslims in India, hatred against Muslims in India, Islamophobia in India, and so on, get them for their own business reasons, for their own self interested business reasons, to demonstrate to their own, domestic consumer population that they don't support what's going on in India. That would reverberate back home in India because they are businessmen. They're business people. They have influence even back home, potentially. So this is something potentially that Muslims could do in other parts of the world outside of the West, not necessarily dealing only with multinational corporations, but with Indian owned companies, Hindu owned or just Indian owned companies, Sikhs, and obviously Muslims as well, to get them to come out publicly to make a statement condemning Islamophobia and anti Muslim hate and expressing concerns that India is on the road to genocide.

Anything that can be done to lift up this idea in the public mind that this is the the direction that India is going and that responsible people, responsible Hindus, responsible Indians do not support this. That's a a good and a powerful and positive and helpful message.
